Since 2019, we have expanded our portfolio to include industrial real estate, leveraging strategic partnerships with top-tier developers in high-growth markets. We are focused on strengthening and diversifying our real estate portfolio.

One notable industrial property is Park 10 Ninety-Nine, located in Katy, Texas—a premier distribution center in Houston with large Cold and Dry warehouse facilities. Through extensive upgrades, Yacoel Properties has enhanced the facility’s functionality to meet the evolving needs of modern logistics, food distribution, and manufacturing tenants.

As part of its strategic expansion, Yacoel Properties is actively growing its industrial real estate portfolio, focusing on warehouse acquisition and development in Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, and Houston.

Additionally, we are selectively evaluating opportunities in port markets, including Charleston and Savannah, where logistics and distribution demand continue to rise.
