We are also selectively looking for Industrial opportunities in the port markets of Charleston and Savannah.
We welcome Joint Venture and Co-Investment opportunities on new warehouse development or value add projects from 100,000 to 1,000,000 SF. Through 1031 exchanges, Yacoel Properties is also targeting direct investment in warehouse assets.
Additionally, we are also focused on creating value through our long-standing relationships with leading retailers by pursuing Sale-Leaseback opportunities with warehouse and distribution centers which retailers may wish to monetize to allow them to focus on investment in their store base and omni-channel capabilities.
