RETAIL

● Grocery store anchored neighborhood and community centers

● We prefer upside potential created by:

      Redevelopment or expansion opportunities

      Vacant space or leasing needs

● Strong locations with a high traffic intersection

● Medium to high population and income demographics

● On existing centers, anchors must have strong sales history
