Yacoel Properties, LLC is a real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition, renovation, development, and management of Retail and Industrial properties in the Western US. We create value in existing properties through renovation and enhanced management and in new developments through quality design, construction, and leasing. Our primary markets include Orange County, San Diego, the San Francisco Bay area, Salt Lake City, Reno, Phoenix, and Houston.
Our Business Strategy
On the Retail side of our business: we own primarily high volume grocery anchored shopping centers. Our shopping centers are leased around Essential and Daily Needs based tenants.
For over 25 years, we have leased and developed shopping centers for many of the nation’s top retailers including Kohl’s, Kroger/Ralph’s Grocery Company, Safeway, Albertsons, Ulta, Chipotle, Starbucks, ALDI, TJMaxx, Five Below, Dollar Tree, 99 Cents Only, In-N-Out, Ross, Petsmart, and many more. We understand the needs of our retailers and create properties of long-term value that enhance communities.
On the Industrial side: we make joint venture investments with leading industrial developers as well as direct investments on warehouse and distribution buildings. We focus on Industrial properties with Class A clear heights, loading docks, and multi-modal transportation access. Since 2019, Yacoel Properties has diversified its real estate portfolio to include Industrial properties. Through strategic partnerships with best in class developers in key markets, we are adding several warehouse properties to our portfolio.
